Infographic: 10 Stress-Busting Tips for Security Professionals

As we try to get back to normal after COVID-19, security professionals will experience even more stress with employees coming back to workplaces, increased burnout because of staff shortages as a result of the Great Resignation, shifting security priorities due to cyberattacks, less fully integrated in-person departments as more security professionals work in remote monitoring capacities, and an increase of people going out to attend large-scale events and visit public places as the pandemic phase of COVID-19 ends. Stress has negative effects on mental health and work performance, and because May is Mental Health Awareness Month, we wanted to tackle this topic by offering 10 tips on how to deal with stress in a positive way.
